What is your minimum order amount ?

We are trying to keep our minimums as low as possible in order to provide service small sized, local clients and especially bands as well. There is no job too big or too small.

Our minimums are:

Direct To Garment Printing: 20 Pieces
Automated Screen Printing: 100 Pieces
All-Over Screen Printing: 200 Pieces
Embroidery: 100 Pieces

Please note some of our products are special production and can have different minimum requirements depending on the decoration services. Please refer to the product pages for the accurate minimum information.

Is it possible to order merchandise in mixed sizing ?

Of course,
we are letting you to determine your merchandise sizes. For most of the apparels we provide XS to 4XL. You can choose your sizes from XS to 2XL for no extra charge but larger than 2XL sizes we may require an additional fee.

How do I place an order ?

1) Customer can place his order by sending an email to sales@angerepidemic.com or sales@metalheadmerch.com

In your order email, kindly specify your needs and quantities (embroidered cap, screen printed t-shirt, long sleeve, girlie, patch, zipper hoodie, Bermuda short) and specifications (sizes, garment selection, color selection)

Provide your contact email and phone number, country, address. If possible send us your sample artwork / logo for the service you need.

2) In response, you'll get an e-mail with the information below:

* Merchandise cost
* Production period
* Previews of your artwork (in case we receive your artwork.)
* Shipping options, cost and information on absolute delivery time.

3) Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Western Union or PayPal.

4) Upon receipt of payment the customer gets an order confirmation and production begins.

5) When the production completes, customer gets the high quality photos of merchandise, shipping info and tracking codes instantly. We are mostly very fast.

I need a special garment. Will you make it ?

Probably yes, If you can't find what you are looking for or need a very unique garment, please contact us with a brief description so we'll take a look at it.

Do you provide designing services ?

Yes we do work with different designers around the world, we also have an in house team. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any kind of design / artwork service, so we can make you get in contact with the right people for your project.

Cost effective for orders under 20 kg.

3- Air Shipping Delivery To Airport:

For orders more than 50 kg's of merchandise it's the quickest & cheapest way to receive your goods from the airport nearest your address.

Europe: 1 working day.
USA: 2-3 working days.

Insurance: Included

Tracking: Available Online


4- Air Shipping Delivery to your door:

Same Service as shown in the #2 Delivery To Airport service, but a door delivery fee will be added.

5- Road Transport (TIR):

For orders more than 200 kg's of merchandise it's the cheapest way to receive your goods with this service. The merchandise will be carrier by trucks, mostly possible delivery to everywhere in Europe from Turkey.

6- Sea Transport:

This is the cheapest shipping option for the large volume orders more than 500 kg’s. If you are located near a harbor we can ship your order via ship transport. Unfortunately it’s not available for all countries. On the other hand, there are lots of direct ship routes to different countries in Europe, Middle East, and Americas from Turkey.

We would advice to pack the shipment as pallets to make sure of the highest level of security while transported.

If you have a corporate agreement with an international courier company we can ship your order under the conditions of your agreement. On the other hand, we have special deals & prices with couriers like TNT, we can ship your orders via our own special pricing. Contact us for details.

Can you make custom labels for merchandise of our company / label / festival ?

Yes we can! There are some minimums and requirements.

Do you accept inspection for your manufacturing process ?

Yes, client can send a professional inspection company for reviewing and approving the manufacturing standards, sweet free production and the product quality meeting the order standards.

Is it possible to get samples? How much does it cost?

You can order samples for reviewing our product quality. There are some points we would like you to take into account;

In stock samples: If you would like to see our present products made, we can prepare a sample package to be sent. According to your interested items In stock samples are free of charge but client should cover the shipping costs


Custom samples:

If there is a custom sampling of the finished product needed, we can prepare your finished sample. This sampling will cost depending on the decoration service / apparel type and the complexity. However the sampling fees / screen digitizing fees mostly waived for orders placed over 500 pieces / 3.000 Euros


We do ship samples with an express courier service to you and it usually takes a day or so to delivered to your adresss.
