Special Effects: 3D Foam Embroidery Emboss Effect

We provide embossed embroidery too. This special embroidery service is applied with filling foam material inside the embroidered artwork. It is 3D and a perfect way of getting attraction on your logo, slogan or design.
Special Embossed service has a minimum order quantity of 100 items. You can mix artworks to embroidered.
For instance:
In a 500 pieced order, you can mix 5 artworks for every 100 unit.
(In this case your order total will be calculated as 500 items)

We can apply this type of embroidery to the other products such as Polos, Dress Shirts, Workshirts, Bermuda Shorts, T-shirts, Hooded Sweatshirts too. Please contact us if you should need emboss / foam embroidered other materials you need.

Digitizing

Digitize: The computerized technique of turning a design image into an embroidery Stitching. Special software is used to create plotting commands for the embroidery machine. The commands are transferred to the machines logic head by a designated embroidery "language." That tells it where to put the thread.
