With the advancement of Direct to Garment Printers, the design is printed directly on the product. This state of the art process allows for millions of colors and shades to be applied on the garment with water based pigment inks. No layer cost, no color separations. This printing process is perfect for low quantity orders for photo t-shirts, high color designs and images with intricate detail. There is 20 piece minimum order to print with this technique, feel free to order 20 shirts or as many as desired.

Direct To Garment is very flexible for low quantities, if you have more than 1 design in your list and looking for diversity in low quantities DTG is your exact answer. However it has strict limits which you can find below. On the other hand, on DTG printing you'll be quoted according to your total order.That means; i.e: in your 100 pieced order you can mix 5 different garments with 5 different artworks printed on also different colors for each garment for the price of just 100 shirts!! Feel free to order different designs and mix garments for every each 20 pieces.

Cons:

1. Unit price is expensive compared to Automatic Screen Printing on high volume orders.
2. Special Effects and Pan tone Color Matching System not available on this printing type.
3 Printing sizes and locations are limited to standard types.
